Fixiya (fixiya.app) operates this waitlist website to prepare for our launch in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who processes it, and how you can request deletion.
1. What We Collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your role (customer or technician), full name, email address, Lahore area, mobile/WhatsApp number (required for technicians, optional for customers), selected trades (for technicians), language preference, referral code, consent version/timestamp, UTM campaign parameters, and a salted hash of your IP address for spam and rate-limit protection.
2. Why We Collect It
We use this information solely to manage your waitlist position, verify your email address, credit verified referrals, plan technician supply and household demand across Lahore neighborhoods, and notify you when Fixiya launches or when technician onboarding begins.
3. How Long We Keep It
We keep waitlist records until 12 months after Fixiya's public launch in Lahore, after which we either delete the waitlist records or ask for fresh consent.
4. Who Processes Your Data
Our infrastructure uses Vercel and Cloudflare (website hosting, DNS, and Turnstile bot protection), Convex Cloud (database and backend functions), and Resend (transactional confirmation and verification emails). We never sell or rent your personal information.
5. Unsubscribe and Deletion Requests
Every waitlist email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time via our contact form or by emailing info@fixiya.app. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days; we retain only a cryptographic hash of your email in our suppression list so you are never emailed again.
